The Glasshouses began with a simple idea: where you work should make your work better, not just make it possible. We create serviced offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms that are calm, beautifully finished and genuinely hassle-free, so you can focus on your business, not the building.
Today, we run a connected network of five locations in Dún Laoghaire, Sandyford, Blackrock and Bray. Each has its own character, from a Victorian seafront terrace in Bray to the lively members’ lounge in Dún Laoghaire, but all are held to the same high standard. Enjoy low start-up costs, full office management and the freedom to expand or reduce your space at short notice.

The Small Print in Big Print and Online
Everything we promise, in plain language. This is how we work, spelled out.
"We" do not charge for network and internet access.
Fast internet is included for everyone in your team. Our network runs on two separate connections, one at 400 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up and another at 1 Gbps both ways, load-balanced for reliability. Your office gets its own private virtual network and Wi-Fi name that works throughout the building, with no hidden charge per user.
"We" give lots of free access.
Every desk includes 4 hours of meeting room time per calendar month. Take a 6-desk office and you get 24 free hours each month, even if only 3 people use it.
"We" make booking and pricing fair.
You shouldn't pay more because the small room is taken, or because you want a bigger space to impress a client. At The Glasshouses, every meeting room has the same hourly rate.
"We" do require a deposit.
We hold a deposit of two months' licence fee, refunded when your Licence Agreement ends, subject to its terms.
