The Glasshouses is a network of five design-led workspaces in Dún Laoghaire, Blackrock, Sandyford and Bray, built to help businesses grow faster. Choose a hot desk for the day, a private office for one person, or a fully serviced suite for a team of up to twelve, with bookable meeting rooms for 6 to 25 people across the network.

Dun Laoghaire GH1
Big ideas, a stone’s throw from the West Pier.
GH1 is a boutique co-working space on Harbour Court, just a short walk from the sea. Its offices range from cosy single-desk pods to a striking flagship suite with a curved wall. The DART is five minutes away, and there are showers, bike racks and a full kitchen.

The beating heart of The Glasshouses.
GH2 is our flagship, set in Dún Laoghaire’s Joycean Quarter among cafés and restaurants. It has serviced offices, hot desks and meeting rooms built for teams of every size. A busy members’ lounge sits at the centre of the building, where introductions turn into collaborations.
Blackrock Village

Design-led workspace in the heart of the village.
GH Blackrock is at Frascati Hall, with quick access to the N11 and plenty of car parking. It has newly released premium suites, coworking space and meeting rooms for members and guests. It suits busy founders and teams who are always on the move.

Victorian charm with the Irish Sea on your doorstep.
Our newest location is a restored Victorian terrace on Prince of Wales Terrace. The original cornicing, ceiling roses and tall sash windows have been kept and paired with The Glasshouses’ calm, modern finishes. Hold your next meeting in the Seafront Boardroom, with the sea right outside.
Beacon South Quarter
GH Sandyford
Space to think, space to grow.
GH Sandyford is at The Cubes in Beacon South Quarter. It has bright private offices and a large meeting room with a smart screen and conference camera, made for workshops and training days. Cafés and restaurants are right outside the door.

Move in with low start-up costs and a fully furnished, fully managed office: broadband, cleaning, lighting and IT support are all taken care of. Your licence runs month to month, so you can add desks as you grow or scale back at short notice.
Our spaces are designed to bring people together. Shared kitchens, lounges and meeting rooms make it easy to swap ideas with your team and meet other founders, freelancers and growing companies in the community.
