Mies Room

Mies van der Rohe famously said “less is more”, but the Mies Room quietly gives you a little more. At about 16 m², it’s the most generous of GH1’s four-desk offices, with an angled feature wall at the east end of the front row that gives the room real architectural character.

That extra floor space is yours to shape: a storage unit for samples and kit, a small round table for stand-ups, or simply room to breathe between desks. Members share the Inspiration Room, a fully equipped kitchen and courtyard bike parking, and the DART, the West Pier and Bloomfield Shopping Centre are all an easy walk away.

It’s a polished, practical base for a team of four that’s serious about its work, and its surroundings.
