FF17: Private Office

FF17 is a five-person private office at the left end of GH2’s first floor, directly below the sea-view office FF19. It’s well placed near the stairs and washrooms, making it easy for the team to come and go throughout the day.

With room for five, it’s ideal for a business that’s outgrown a two- or three-desk office and wants space for new hires without moving buildings. Members share the kitchenette, the library lounge and three bookable meeting rooms, including a 25-seat conference room for all-hands days and client presentations.

In the heart of Dún Laoghaire town, it’s a confident next step for a team on the rise.
