Dublin Coworking Space

What is Coworking Space?

Coworking means there are many companies renting in the building. Coworking space includes fully furnished meeting rooms, offices and desks. These can be rented temporarily or permanently as a cost-efficient alternative to renting or buying a building.

If you own your own company but it isn’t practical to rent a building or floor for your staff, then a coworking space in Dublin is for you. Coworking space can be a great way to network and make friends who can help you with your endeavours.

Hot desks have become popular in recent years because they are convenient, affordable and beneficial to your business. If you work at home, it is easy to get distracted by what else needs to be done while you’re trying to work. This can lead to frustration, which can then lead to even less productivity.

Renting a hot desk means you can come in when you really want a stress free day of work. A lot of hot desks for rent offer prices based on a daily rate, or how many days per week/month you plan on coming in. Because of this, renting a hot desk or shared office space is an affordable way to get some extra work done.

Serviced Office, Dublin

Having serviced offices for your team to collaborate on their projects can be hugely beneficial to your company’s productivity. Not to mention, a cleaner and more convenient alternative to working from home.

Working from home can be a convenient option and it is part of the future of the business. However, some things need to collaborate face to face. Meetings with clients, projects involving multiple employees, making small talk with familiar faces. These are all things that are made more personal, efficient and fun by having face-to-face contact.

Renting shared office space for your company means you can have this interaction with no painful rent agreement or lease. The Glasshouses have office spaces of many different sizes so there is definitely a right fit for your company. Whether it’s a one-person show or a six-person operation, having a space to have as a home base can add huge comfort to your company.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are a great place to bounce ideas around, come up with new strategies and meet clients in a professional and welcoming environment.

Seeing a client in person in a meeting compared to on zoom or google meets makes you seem more professional and accomplished. It also makes for a more comfortable conversion, as you are face to face.

Our Sandyford meeting room is equipped with an extremely large flat screen tv that can connect to your device seamlessly. A camera, speakers and microphone are also linked up to the tv so it could work as a projector or a video conference device.
