VITAMIN SEA – BY CAROLE ANN CLARKE

Yes, that’s right Vitamin Sea!

It’s official, living and/or working by the water is medicine for the mind and body (The global wellness institute)

This week is a milestone for I Am Here where the Dublin Team has started to hot desk at The Glasshouses in Dun Laoghaire. It was well thought out.

The PulseLearning head office (our mother ship!) is based in Tralee and what I have noticed is the lifestyle there. The team work incredibly hard and at the same time have a brilliant environment to play and enjoy life – there is a different pace. We advocate it for all our Team Members in Canada, the US, and Australia.

It is scientifically proven that water brings happiness and balance to the mind and body.  I happen to live in Dun Laoghaire for the last twelve years. 6 of those years were traveling 3 days a week abroad. Every time I hit the coast road after landing, I said to myself “this is why I will never live in London or Paris or Madrid, I can come home to this” My shoulders would drop, I would naturally breathe more deeply.

I love Dun Laoghaire for so many reasons that have come to life this week. It’s Vitamin Sea +!

  • We are now part of a working community that has chosen a certain lifestyle.
  • We are now part of a community that wants to help each other.
  • We are now part of a community that has access to local businesses, initiatives, and politicians.
  • We are now part of a community that will help build a bigger community of businesses and infrastructure.
  • We particularly love all the artisan food shops, cafes and clothes stores and movement teachers – the friendliest people you would ever meet and make our day special.
  • We are now part of a community…… and compassionate connections.
  • We have only been here a week and we are thoroughly enjoying it.
