Named after Charles and Ray Eames, the husband-and-wife duo who proved that good design can be both beautiful and practical, the Eames’ Room lives up to its name. In about 12 m² on the front row of GH1’s ground floor, four desks fit together with nothing wasted, the kind of tight, efficient studio where small teams do their sharpest work.

Step out and the kitchen, common area and bookable Inspiration Room are only a few paces away, so coffee breaks and client pitches never mean a trek. Beyond the front door of Harbour Court, Dún Laoghaire’s West Pier waits for a lunchtime walk, and the DART is five minutes away.

Fully furnished, wired with super-fast broadband and cleaned for you, it’s a place to plug in on day one and get building.
